On October 14, 2023, Phurpoo and his team went to Naba Village in Makalu area to distribute rain boots to the villagers of Naba village. This area receives heavy in the monsoon season, causing intense landslides and muddy roads that without proper footwear, is very harsh to navigate. The area is also very remote and doesn’t have the facilities provided in other regions. The rain boots help in navigating the muddy paths in such harsh times.
