In October of 2025, Phurpoo led a team all the way to the Tsum Valley and into Chekemparo. The purpose of this trek was to distribute jackets to the people of Chekemparo as they braced for winter. The temperature in Chekemparo drops to -5 Degree Celsius. The people of Tsum have grown accustomed to Phurpoo for his continuous treks to Tsum over the past decade and have seen his dedication to bringing more awareness and aid to those in Tsum. The people of Tsum are very friendly with Phurpoo and thankful for his constant care for them. Here are some moments captured to show the gratitude they have.
